Recently, FCA US reported that the company had sold 168,326 vehicles in the United States during the month of February, which is a slightly lower result than in February 2016. These were anticipated results, reflecting the company's strategy to lower the number of fleet sales to the daily rental market.

The Chrysler Pacifica increased sales 36 percent over the previous month as the extremely popular minivan continues to accumulate industry awards.

Dodge enjoyed excellent comparison results, as Dodge Challenger gained 19 percent, Dodge Viper improved 23 percent and sales of the Dodge Journey blossomed 55 percent.

Three Jeep models improved sales for the month, with both the Jeep Renegade and Jeep Grand Cherokee posting 11 percent jumps in comparison to February 2016 results. The Jeep Wrangler sales were up 2 percent for February, while the entire Jeep lineup saw sales gains compared to February 2016.

Ram sales grew 4 percent for the month, with the Ram pickup sales up 5 percent.
